S&EC worked with the developer by providing all wetland and stream evaluations, permitting phases, listed species surveys, suitable habitat assessments, public meeting representation and coordination with local, Federal and State agencies. The Westpoint at 751 site (+/-17 acres) involved surveys for Regionally Rare Species along the ridge and floodplain of the New Hope Creek Sub-impoundment, NC. During site investigations representative species of plant and animal were recorded in order to properly categorize habitat and forest community areas on-site.
